Clover Valley pitted pruned
I do buy a lot of clover valley products but when something says it is pitted they should be. The bag of prunes were pitted and clearly marked .
I bit Into one and nearly broke off one of my teeth. After checking found two more that were pitted so threw the bag away. I did not check all of them so could have been more. I will not buy them anymore.
I like the coconut cookies very much.
I will still buy some products but will have to be extra careful which is upsetting to me. I don't think that when you open a bag of food one should not have to go thru to make sure safe.

I agree, after biting into a prune and finding a fragment of pit. I looked at the bag in small print in the back of the bag is says.
caution: May contain an occasional pit or pit fragment.
I bought 2 bags, got down to the last 3 in the bag tastes like the prunes have dirt/grit on them. I plan on taking the other bag back and getting a refund.
